All prescription medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Norland are issued following an independent clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. A valid prescription must be in place before any prescription-only medicine (POM) is dispensed.
We do not dispense prescriptions issued by third parties unless specifically agreed in advance. Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our prescribers. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked, discreet postal service.
Delivery times may be affected by Royal Mail or courier service delays, adverse weather, or public holidays. Pharmacy Weight Loss Norland is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist and dispensed. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly via the contact details on our website.
Due to the nature of prescription medicines and patient safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on dispensed prescription medication unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Consultation fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed.
